Microwave selective RC amplifiers with control parameters

The architecture features of selective amplifiers of microwave ranges are considered. The expediency of usage Gilbert's current amplifiers is shown. The examples of a circuit design are given and conclusions of application importance are formulated. The simulation results of designed selective amplifier are given.
