Wireless power transfer system using sheet-like waveguide

In a wireless power transfer system using sheet-like waveguide, this paper proposes an slot coupled receiving antenna in order to realize a high transmission efficiency and achieves a uniform transmission characteristic by optimizing the waveguide structure. As a result, we obtained the performance with measured maximum efficiency of 71 %, average efficiency of 58 % and maximum deviation of 1.5 dB, which is high efficiency and uniform transmission characteristic. This paper also demonstrate the prototype power transmission system.
