유압식 선로전환기의 Cause-consequence 분석에 관한 연구

The types of switch machine are electric motor, pneumatic and hydraulic. When the switch machine, which is the critical component of railway system, has a problem and does not work exactly, it results in enormous hindrance. The hydraulic switch machine of Hydrostar is installed at Gyeong-bu Highspeed Railway Project Phase Ⅱ(Dongdaegu - Pusan) and it is now operating. Cause-consequence analysis is required to maintain performance of hydraulic switch machine. This paper proposes a FTA analysis method that use the functional analysis of hydraulic point machine and presents Cause-consequence diagram by performing Cause-consequence analysis for each function.
