The Impact of Open Access on the Academic Libraries

This paper gives some description of open access,which is a new model of accessing and disseminating scholarly resource,derived from the intention of information resources sharing.By analyzing the acquisition of resources,the scholarly resources construction,the service and the role that academic libraries take,it studies OA's influence on academic libraries.
