Expansion joint with hybrid system and construction method

An expansible joint device having hybrid systems is provided to prevent the formation of a construction joint and to increase durability by reinforcing an upper slab of a bridge with hybrid systems having an anchor bolt fixing device and to prevent the secondary damage of a bridge by preventing the crack formation of a girder or a beam and the perforation of a slab concrete. An expansible joint device having hybrid systems comprises a pair of hybrid systems(100) installed on the end of an abutment breast wall and made of steel or FRP(fiber reinforced plastics), a beam or a girder and formed in the appointed shape of a cross section, an anchor bolt fixing device having through holes to insert a fixing nut and a fixing washer on a lower plate(101) of the hybrid systems; an anchor bolt coupled to the fixing nut of the anchor bolt fixing device and provided with a thread at the outer circumference, silicon sponge inserted to the anchor bolt, a form fixing plate welded to the lower plate of the hybrid systems at regular intervals and formed in the appointed shape of a cross section, a lower rubber drain plate installed on each form fixing plate to prevent the inflow of surface water and various impurities to a joint gap of a bridge, an upper rubber drain plate installed on the lower rubber drain plate in the width direction of a bridge, a finger plate inserted to the anchor bolt, a finger plate stiffening plate and a finger plate stiffening beam welded to the bottom of the finger plate, an air vent formed between the finger plate stiffening plate and the finger plate stiffening beam and formed to place high strength concrete easily, and a pair of expansible joint devices overlapped with each other in the horizontal direction by inserting a fastening washer and a fastening bolt to the anchor bolt and regulating a level.
