Method of radar signal recognition based on support vector machine

To enhance the ability of electronic warfare equipment to recognize signal,wavelet packet transform is used to extract the signal features of time-frequency spectrum in this paper,and support vector machine(SVM) is introduced to identify different signals.Wavelet packet transform has good resolution.SVM has good characteristics of simple structure,global optimum and strong generalization ability.Simulation results show that accuracy rate of using the method of radar signal recognition based on support vector machine is better than that of traditional methods.
