열교환기용 회전형 히트파이프의 열전달 특성에 관한 연구

The revolving heat pipe heat exchanger has many advantages for gas-gas heat exchanger, in highly fouling environments such as heavy oil flue gas. So, the evaporation and condensation heat transfer coefficients were obtained by experiments for the basic design data of the heat exchanger. Experimental variables are working fluid, revolution, inclination, working fluid quantity and heating capacity. As the results, the heat transfer coefficients of evaporation, condensation and overall were obtained as 1500w/㎡-℃, 4500w/㎡-℃ and 1100w/㎡-℃, respectively, in the case of water as working fluid, when the inclination angle is more than 3° and rotational speed is more than 150rpm.
