Study on the construction trauma performance of the waterproofing layer on the concrete bridge floor

To get rid of the integrity of waterproofing layer on the bridge floor affecting the concrete durability, and based on analyzing the field construction trauma, the paper has adopted anti-construction machine hurt, anti-heat aggregate breakthrough and waterproofing function to evaluate the anti-construction hurt performance of the waterproofing layer on the bridge floor and presented relative experimental methods. Besides, the paper has evaluated and compared the anti-construction hurt function of common waterproofing materials, and further determined the minimum design and construction thickness of waterproofing layer. The results show that there is close relationship between anti-hurt function and waterproofing layer thickness, and the thickness of film shouldn't be less than 1.5 mm and that of coiled material shouldn't be less than 2.5 mm, and the waterproofing ability of coiled materials is obviously better than that of films.
