Phase holograms in a ferroelectric-photoconductor device.

Some characteristics of an integrated ferroelectric-photoconductor (FE-PC) device useful for hologram storage are described. An improved phase readout technique for reconstructing holograms is analyzed. The results of a simple theory of device resolution are given.
