Automatic control system of closed-loop machine tool

The invention discloses an automatic control system of a closed-loop machine tool. The automatic control system is mainly composed of a machine tool workbench (3), a comparing module (1), a driving device (2), a position signal collecting module (4), a resistor R and a current feedback module (5), wherein the driving device (2) and the position signal collecting module (4) are respectively connected with the machine tool workbench (3); one end of the resistor R is connected with the output end of the comparing module (1) and the other end of the resistor R sequentially passes through a capacitor C and an amplifier P and is connected with the driving device (2); the current feedback module (5) is in series connected between the driving device (2) and the machine tool workbench (3); a feedback signal processing system (6) is in series connected between the position signal collecting module (4) and the comparing module (1). A closed-loop control way is applied to the automatic control system, so that the position of the machine tool workbench can be automatically adjusted; acquired workbench position signals are processed by the feedback signal processing system so that the signals received by the comparing module is relatively accurate and the position of the workbench can be precisely controlled by the control system.
