Essence of flipped classroom teaching model and influence on traditional teaching

Informatization changes the way people live and learn greatly, and also give a challenge to the present classroom teaching model. So the flipped classroom emerges as the times require. It has been extended in many schools abroad and has made a good effect. The principle and essence of flipped classroom were introduced in this paper. By contrast each factor and teaching structure in flipped and traditional classroom, it is found that teaching structure of traditional classroom is a teaching before training while flipped classroom is learning before training. Flipped classroom not only could train there independent learning ability but also could respect student's individual difference. The impacts of flipped classroom to traditional classroom from some aspect below were also summarized. We can found flipped classroom model actually is the development of technology brings such revolution on education. it meets the demand of students and will take huge reform on class teaching.
