Flat-top frequency comb generation with silicon microring modulator and filter

An optical frequency comb with five lines having <0.86 dB intensity deviation and 10 GHz spacing is experimentally obtained using a silicon microring modulator and a microring resonator filter with only 3.6 Vpp driving voltage.
