Research on Application Paradigm of Statistics in the Quality Analysis of "The Evaluation of Personnel Quality"

"The evaluation of personnel quality " course is one of the major courses of human resources management in college,and the content of quality evaluation' analysis is emphasis and difficulty of this course.Because of this part relates to many statistical content,in the teaching process,teachers and students generally reflect a certain degree of difficulty.Analysis of the reason,mainly lies in failing to closely combine research analysis of statistical knowledge and personnel quality evaluation quality.In view of this part of the contents of the research method has certain universality,therefore with the actual teaching experience,summed up the corresponding application paradigm to facilitate teaching.
