Fault Diagnosis of Parts of Electronic Embedded System Based on Fuzzy Fusion Approach

This paper presents a novel approach to employing the fuzzy fusion to fault detection and localization for parts of electronic embedded systems. Elaborated method considers the characteristic of diagnostic object to establish system structure of fuzzy fusion diagnosis, realize the feature level data fusion algorithm based on fuzzy integral, establish the fuzzy phenomenon subset and subjection degree function corresponding with different fault type, and then utilize fuzzy reasoning to accomplish fuzzy synthesized judge of fault type and achieve fused fuzzy reasoning diagnosis result. The method is proved to be effective for fault location by instance. It makes diagnosed information more definite and improves the accuracy of diagnosis.
