A one-volt, 120-/spl mu/W, 1-MHz OTA for standard CMOS technology

In this paper a folded-cascode operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) is described which operates from a one-volt supply and is compatible with standard digital CMOS technology with threshold voltages in the range of /spl plusmn/0.8 V. This OTA utilizes a bulk-driven new differential pair and a new bulk-driven cascode current mirror to achieve 1 V operation while providing 1 MHz gain-bandwidth product with only 120 /spl mu/W power dissipation with a 10 pF load.
