Construction Supervision System During Yellow River Wanjiazhai Water Control Project

The responsible system of general supervisor and the unifled management of supervision team was implemented during the Yellow River Wanjiazhai Water Control Project. ln order to complete satisfactorily the supervision job regarding the responsible party of construction supervision team buly adjusted organization form of the team according to the improvement of project construction and the strict working regulation of construction supervisors was implemented. All these made due contribution for the successful construction of Wanjiazhai project and gave useful suggestion for construction supervision work of future water resources project.
