Application of fuzzy adaptive PID control in integrated water and fertilizer system

Integrated technology of water and fertilizer is widely applied in modern agriculture, but there is a low utilization rate of fertilizer in agricultural application. Aim at this problem, this paper studies the preparation of nutrient solution system and explores the control method to improve the utilization rate of fertilizer. The fuzzy system for preparing PID adaptive control method is applied to the preparation of nutrient solution. According to the characteristics of the structure principle and the actual application of system conditions, the model is established, designed a fuzzy adaptive PID controller, and compare the simulation performance in the regulation of EC value with conventional PID control. The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID adaptive control method can accurately track and regulate the dynamic change of preparation of nutrient solution process, improved the utilization rate of fertilizer, and saved time and cost.
