Computerized Simulation on Damping Characteristics of an Oil-Damping Shock Absorber

By considering nonlinear factors, for example, the viscosity of oil, flowing characteristics of oil, and the coupling characteristics between oil and physical structure etc., a mathematical model of oil-damping shock absorber for attenuating vibration is set up in this paper. In the meantime, two kinds of microminiature key-model machine of oil-damping shock absorber are designed by ingenious tactics for testing, and the study result in multi-parameter coupling dynamic test is illustrated to show the mathematical model can simulate the actual physical system of the oil-damping shock absorber.
