Centrifugal fan impeller for automobile air conditioning

The invention discloses a centrifugal fan impeller for an automobile air conditioning. The centrifugal fan impeller comprises blades, wherein the lower opening surfaces of the blades are fixed on the lower hub of the impeller, the upper open surfaces of the blades are fixed together through ferrules on the blades, and the blades are installed in a back inclination mode which can reduce the intake resistance; and the center of the centrifugal fan impeller is provided with an impeller mounting shaft sleeve matched with the rotating shaft of a motor. The blade outlet angle is a large outlet angle capable of ensuring the overall air quantity performance of the centrifugal fan, the upper air inlet surfaces of the blades are in an arc shape capable of increasing the intake front face area and reducing the intake resistance, and the central molding line of the blades is composed of two circular arcs which are connected end to end. The impeller blades are wide and thick so as to balance the pressure distribution and reduce the blade oscillation caused by pressure pulses, thereby lowering the noise; the blades are arranged in a back inclination mode to reduce the intake resistance; and the upper air inlet surfaces of the blades are in an arc shape to increase the intake front face area, reduce the intake resistance and lower the noise.
