The invention relates to a motor vehicle onboard terminal based on a microsensor and a driving behavior judgment method. The terminal mainly comprises a microsensor, a satellite positioning system, an OBD (Onboard Diagnostic) interface, a wireless communication module, a main memory, a main processor and a system platform. A driving behavior of a motor vehicle driver is monitored by acquiring a real-time position of a vehicle, a driving state and a vehicle state; whether the driving behavior of the driver is good is judged by a fixed judgment method; the driving behavior is sent to the system platform for counting in a wireless transmission way after driving completion; and finally a driver driving behavior analysis report of the current vehicle is obtained for serving a unit or an individual requiring the report.
