What You Should Know Before Embarking on Telehome Health: Lessons Learned From a Pilot Study

This article provides suggestions for agencies considering telehome health as an adjunct to in-home nursing visits. Issues of patient and equipment selection and service implementation are discussed. This information represents lessons learned from a pilot study of telehome health with chronically ill elderly persons.
