An apparatus for led lighting adopting ups and the control method thereof

The present invention relates to an LED lighting apparatus using UPS and a controlling method thereof. By using UPS to the LED lighting apparatus which controls dimming by detecting motion of a lighting switch and not generating blinking of the LED lighting by detecting a dimming control signal stably even in a situation in which input power is temporality cut off through external conditions including an operation of the lighting switch for dimming control, temporary blackout, or a combination thereof, dimming control information can be quickly extracted from power by forming UPS, SMPS, and a dimming control module integrally, and the LED lighting apparatus can be stably operated even the change of the temporary external power supply environment.
