Increased uptake of bone radiopharmaceuticals is usually observed on bone scintigraphy in fibrous dysplasia. In accordance with the literature, most cases were monostotic, leading to only 1 focus of increased uptake. Approximately 15% of cases are polyostotic, leading to multifocal areas of increase
