As a preceding activity for the development of Korean Space Launch Vehicle, development work on 30tonf-thrust liquid oxygen-kerosene liquid rocket engine has been continued. Using major components of liquid rocket engine, such as turbopump and gas generator, and facility type propellant feeding components, except combustion chamber, turbopump+gas generator coupled tests are conducted. This paper describes the results of analysis on operational performance parameters, obtained from the turbopump+gas generator coupled tests. From this experimental study, control technique for the matching of coupled system control parameters and performance parameters at the simulated engine operational condition are analyzed. From the results of turbopump+gas generator coupled tests, turbopump, gas generator and control components as a coupled system showed stable operation within the expected operational regimes.
