2000cc이하급 가솔린엔진 크랭크샤프트 수명복원 기초 기술 개발

In this paper the study of application of UNSM (Ultrasonic Nanocrystal Surface Modification) for the purpose of restoration of used crankshafts is elucidated. UNSM effects on improving fatigue life, friction and worn out surface recovery are analyzed. Pin-on-Disk friction and wear tests conducted on untreated and UNSM treated specimens cut form used crankshaft and results compared. A potential to improve used crankshaft fatigue life to extent higher than that of the new is explained.
