On the validity of the Peano theorem for fuzzy differential equations

Abstract Kaleva [6] attempted to derive the validity of the classical Peano theorem over a locally compact subset of (En, D). Based on this attempt, Kloeden [8] concluded that the Peano theorem is also valid over (En, dp). This paper challenges both attempts by counterexamples.
