Chapter 21 – Summary of Other Measurements
暂无分享,去创建一个
This final chapter looks at the techniques that are commonly used for measuring a number of physical variables that have not been covered in earlier chapters of the book, and considers in turn the measurement of dimensions, angles, surface flatness, volume, viscosity, moisture (including humidity), sound, and pH (acidity/alkalinity), with a final section on gas sensing and analysis. This material is not intended to deal with the full list of physical variables that have not been covered earlier in the book, since a full coverage of the techniques available to measure every physical variable that exists would be prohibitive in both the size of book needed and the cost of producing it. Nevertheless, this final chapter does provide some reference material for the reader in respect of some of the variables that he/she may have a requirement to measure at some future point in their career.
