The Reorganization of the Mobile APP Service for Metropolitan Railroad Information Offering of the high quality

This Study presents the improvement direction through the Customer Reviews Analysis for the usual quality improvement of the Mobile App Service for Metropolitan Railroad Information Offering. 9 large classifications and 50 classifications (keyword nodes) were defined for the Customer Reviews Analysis using the Semantic Network Analysis. By analyze the Semantic Network Analysis of each keywords and Degree Centrality the relationship of the structuralized related keywords and meaning was grasped and the improvement derivation and improvement direction was presented. The quality improvement through this objective Customer Reviews Analysis will become the good means of the mobile app service reorganization for the Metropolitan Railroad Information Service of the high quality.
