Automatic dual-rail flaw detection system

The invention relates to a steel rail flaw detection technology, in particular to an automatic dual-rail flaw detection system. The system comprises a basic frame for advancing on train rails, and is characterized by further comprising a servo subsystem, a flaw detection subsystem and an electric control subsystem, wherein the electric control system is connected with a servo motor, the flaw detection subsystem and the servo subsystem in a controlled way; the servo subsystem comprises a coupling spray mechanism and two servo centering mechanisms; the coupling spray mechanism is arranged on the basic frame; the flaw detection subsystem comprises an ultrasonic detection wheel and a control circuit thereof; the ultrasonic detection wheel is vertically and movably arranged on a slide block of the servo centering mechanism, and is jointed with the train rails; and the slide block is connected with a slide block motor, and is driven to move horizontally on the servo centering mechanism by using the slide block motor. The automatic flaw detection system has the advantages of compact structure, relatively light weight, convenience for carrying, easiness and convenience for operating, high detection efficiency, increase in the detection efficiency, increase in the overhauling quality of the rails, and reduction in the potential safety hazard to the maximum extent.
