Method for improving assembly precision of transmission

The invention relates to a method for improving an assembly precision of a transmission; the transmission comprises an input shaft, a first intermediate shaft and a main speed reducer; a front bearing is arranged on the input shaft; a front bearing and a back bearing are arranged on the first intermediate shaft; a front bearing and a back bearing are arranged on a shaft of the main speed reducer; when the transmission is assembled, gaskets are additionally mounted on all of the bearings; all the additionally mounted gaskets are determined as follows: (a) the axial positions of the gaskets are determined according to the lengths of the shafts of the bearings of the additionally mounted gaskets and the depths of a transmission shell in the positions; (b) the axial pretightening force of the bearings of the additionally mounted gaskets is considered; and (c) the thicknesses of the gaskets are selected according to the axial positions of the gaskets and the axial pretightening force of the bearings.
