TRANSIENT PROCESSES IN SINGLE-PHASE INVERTERS FOR USE IN PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER SYSTEMS

The article consists of theoretical and experimental analyses of the transient processes in the photovoltaic power systems with single phase inverters, for coupling solar cell arrays to ac systems. The analysis is carried out for two possible operating conditions: discontinuous and continuous current on the dc side of the inverter. The problem was investigated both theoretically and experimentally and good agreement between results was observed.
