The purpose of this chapter is to highlight some of the considerations in choosing a test-delivery method. First, a brief summary of test-delivery methods is provided, followed by a discussion of aspects of a testing program on which the test-delivery models can be compared. The various elements of a testing program that were discussed in each of the individual test-delivery method chapters are used here as grounds for comparison across methods.
