Leadership That Reinforce Learning: A Case Study of FESCO Pakistan

There is emerging trend of the organizations to become learning ones. To become a learning organization leadership play a crucial role as it assists the employees in learning process. The purpose of this study is to analyze the leadership traits in FESCO that reinforce learning. To analyze the extent to which leadership assist in learning process David Garvin third building block is used. The data is collected by using the David questionnaire and the result is compared with benchmark provided by David. The result of the study shows that the leadership in FESCO still needs to improve its behavior to assist its employees to learn more and more.
