Application of self-adaptive generalized predictive control in the spinning process of absorbable suture (Key laboratory of Tianjin modern electromechanical equipment technology)

In order to solve the problem that the diameter of the absorbable suture wet spinning process is uncontrollable, the finite element analysis method is used to simulate the nozzle flow field of the mixed liquid, which proves the spinning speed control is effective for diameter controlling. The embedded closed-loop control system STM32 is designed. The adaptive generalized predictive control algorithm GPC is used to calculate the output by the model from the system identification. Improved generalized predictive control algorithm is applied to the closed loop control system of the absorbable suture diameter. The experimental results show that the generalized predictive control algorithm is stable, fast and accurate. The suture sample made by the system complies with the 35th Pharmacopoeia Suture standard of United States.
