Shifting range sensing apparatus and vehicle transmission therewith

PURPOSE: A shifting range sensing apparatus and a speed change gear of a vehicle including the same are provided to obtain vehicle safety by offering operator selection shifting range information from the operation status of a gearshift. CONSTITUTION: An electronics communications unit(110) comprises a housing, a magnet, and a hall sensor. The housing is fixed to the outside an external bracket of a gearshift(11). The magnet is installed within the housing which can be rotated upward and downward. The hall sensor senses movement of the magnet within the housing. A micro-switch(120) is electrically connected with the electronics communications unit through a wire. The micro-switch is fixed at one side of the gearshift and is turned on and off by the rotation of left and right directions of the gearshift.
