For a mass fractal of dimension d m bounded by a surface fractal of dimension d s , we show that the mass versus radius relationship is given by Mαr d m [1-A(r/L) d -d s ] for r/L<1 , where d is the Euclidian dimension and L d characterizes the volume enclosed by the surface .
