Guide to drug usage in adult patients with impaired renal function. A supplement.

Four previously published tables describing maintenance dosage intervals for common drugs used in patients with renal disease are supplemented and updated. Emphasis is given to the use of biological half-life and creatinine clearance for modification of the usual dose schedules. Toxic effects and adjustments required by patients undergoing dialysis are also noted.
