Usability of Wiki for Knowledge Management of Knowledge-Based Enterprises

As a typical application of social software in Web 2.0 eras, Wiki has developed for years. From the point of view of knowledge management, this paper discusses general requirements and composition of modern knowledge-based enterprises on the base of their applications and analyses the main characteristics and development of Wiki knowledge management, then compares management model and features of wiki with which of knowledge-based enterprises, finally gives the conclusion that Wiki can be used as a model to realize knowledge management in modern knowledge-based enterprises.
