Due to defects in conventional methods for service restoration in distribution systems such as slow computation speed and difficult to search global optimal solution,it is proposed to solve the service restoration problem under large-area blackout of distribution system by agent-environment-rules(AER) model based on constraint satisfaction problem(CSP).Various factors during service restoration of distribution system are expressed as the Agents, environment and interactive rules.Integrating with multi-agent-system(MAS),the proposed model constructs a lattice-like environment, and all agents can sense their local environment and move in it.Under off-line state the proposed model calculates basic data unrelated to fault types;by use of asynchronous backtracking algorithm to solve the AER model based on CSP and through the interaction among agents and mutual influence between environment and agents, the position of each agent in solution space is continuously updated to make the agent possible to search optimal solution quickly. The superiority and effectiveness of the proposed method are proved by the results of calculation example.
