The Interference Verification Between the Electric Spindle and the Hinges of the Parallel Kinematic Machine

This paper take one kind of 3-UPS PKM(Parallel Kinematic Machine) as the object of study,mainly analyze in the movement of the machine the electric spindle installed in the moving platform does not have the interference with various hinges in the conditions,and the corresponding interference verification discriminants are established.In determining machine parameters,in order to guarantee the normal operation of the machine the requirements of these discriminants must be meet simultaneously in the structure.The interference verification discriminant's establishment for the machine's overall design,the hinge's design,the practical workspace's examination as well as the PKM movement simulation and so on provides a theoretical basis.
