A major contributor to an application’s return on investment is end-user productivity and in this sense form-based web-apps just don’t cut the mustard. In the 10 years since their inception, Rich Internet Applications (RIAs) have proven indispensable aids to enhancing endusers‘ output as well as their rate of delivery. Yet at the same time, the price for achieving this enhanced experience has been an enormous increase in application complexity.
