THE RESEARCH OF SVPWM MATHOD APPLIED IN DC-LINK ZERO-VOLTAGE-TRANSITION THREE-PHASE INVERTER

This paper presents a detailed analysis and explanation of the behavior of the SVPWM schemes applied in a novel ZVT three-phase inverter, and discusses the ZVT poricess of inverter bridge in the point of Space Vector wind around. The advantages of the novel soft-switching circuit are as fallows: all power derices can work in the soft-switching condition, all resonance processes, occur naturally the realication of ZVT do not need any sensors of voltage or current and the time of ZVT ca be contronlled freely, all these make the controlling of the whole circuit simplify. In this paper, the operation and controling strategy will be analyzed,and some questions of practical application are discussed. Furthermore the correctness of analysis process in the paper and feasibility and realizability of the circuit are verified through experiments.
