The embodiment of the invention provides a method and device for interaction based on an image and a server. The method comprises the steps that a human face area is identified in the image; a human face frame corresponding to the human face area is generated; a label frame relevant to the human face frame is generated, label information relevant to the human face area is obtained from the server, and the label information obtained from the server is displayed in the label frame; or label information which is input by a user and is relevant to the human face area is received and the label information input by the user is displayed in the label frame. According to the method, the relevant information of a circled area can be defined by the user on the basis of the server or the label information provided by the user, and the relevant information can also be pushed to relevant friends. The method improves the interaction degree of the user and the friends, and therefore the success rate of interaction is improved.
