The invention relates to a biomass waste utilization technique, and aims to provide a device for producing biological hydrogen-methane gas for vehicles by urban/rural organic waste fermentation and purification. The device comprises a gas mixture collecting tank, a blast blower, a membrane-type wet desulphurization reactor, a desulfurization solution regenerating tower, a precooler, a pressure pump, a prefilter, a decarbonization absorption tower, an after-cooler, a decarbonization solution regenerating tower, a carbon dioxide collection tank, a compressor and an after-filter. The device provided by the invention can be used for carrying out desulfurization, dehydration, decarbonization and purification on the gas mixture prepared by urban/rural organic waste fermentation, and the biological hydrogen-methane gas with the H2-CH4 total concentration of higher than 95% can be obtained after purification. The H2S concentration is lower than 15 mg/m , and the high calorific power is greater than 31.415MJ/m , thereby satisfying the national standard for compressed natural gas for vehicles. The biological hydrogen-methane gas can be applied to natural gas automobiles instead of petrochemical natural gas, and has obvious economic, environmental and social benefits.
