The structure and components of agility - a multi-perspective view. Informatyka Ekonomiczna = Business Informatics, 2013, Nr 2 (28), s. 148-169

"Zwinnośc" to termin, ktory jest powszechnie stosowany. Jednak potoczne rozumienietego, co on oznacza i z czego sie sklada, jest bledne. Opracowano wiele podejścdo zwinności, ale są one bardzo zroznicowane zarowno w zakresie treści, jak i strukturze. W tym artykule opisano podejście do tego problemu poprzez systematyczne prowadzenie porownania 28 dostepnych ram (struktur) zwinności z dziedzin zwinności produkcji, zwinnościrozwoju oprogramowania, zwinności organizacji oraz zwinności pracownikow. W sumiezidentyfikowano 33 koncepcje dotyczące zwinności. Wyniki porownania wskazują, ze nawet w specjalnie badanych obszarach oczywisty jest brak porozumienia. Ponadto stosowane są pojecia bardzo niejednoznaczne i nakladające sie. W związku z tym szczegolowej analizie poddano wzajemne zalezności miedzy określonymi koncepcjami. To ujawnilo piec powtarzających sie „klastrow”, z ktorych kazdy lączy wiele pojec o podobnej treści, ale mimo liczby dostepnych ram, zaden z nich nie odzwierciedla tych klastrow bezpośrednio. Badanie pokazuje, ze czynniki spoza konstrukcji zwinności nie są jeszcze w pelni odkryte. (abstrakt oryginalny)
