A Quantitative Indicator Evaluation on the Applicability of China’s E-Government Micro-Blog Based on AHP Perspective

With the development of China’s e-government, online digital government micro-blog (GMB) have become one of the emerging areas of the service-oriented administrative build-up. In this paper, we conducted a quantitative and qualitative probe on effect issue and are devoted into the applicability analyses. Based on Nielsen’s usability principle, a theoretical model of applicability is initially constructed. From the perspective of citizen’s needs, the paper evaluates the weight of indicators that represent applicability by the approach of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) . Findings from the study suggested that China’s GMB practice is still at its early developmental stage under standard of quantitative scope and needs upheaval in system construction.
