Development of spraying system for complex duct

Work piece is a complex duct whose cross section is S-shape and changes along the axes,the minimum size of whose cross section size is smaller. Spraying the interior of complex duct by hand has some drawbacks including bad coating quality,lower efficiency,and harming works’health,therefore it is very important to develop robot spraying system for it. Characteristics and spraying requirement of complex duct are analyzed,then a pressure feed air spraying system is designed and simplified by the characteristic that long hose can reduce pressure fluctuation considerably,at last tests show the system meet the design requirement.
