Couplage entre système de production industriel et technologies de l'information. Modélisation et création de connaissance

RESUME. Cet article presente les premiers resultats d’une recherche visant a mieux piloter le couplage entre systeme industriel et technologies de l’information. Il se concentre sur une premiere etape, consistant a etablir des liens quantifiables entre l’activite industrielle et l’utilisation des ressources informatiques materielles. Un processus structure de modelisation est propose dans ce but. En combinant analyses quantitatives (analyse de donnees) et qualitatives (implication des experts des systemes), cette demarche de modelisation vise a decrire les interactions entre le systeme industriel et les technologies de l’information, puis a les quantifier. Une application de cette methode est presentee sur un cas reel. Cet article souligne egalement comment cette methode participe a la creation de connaissances au sein de l’organisation.
