Serial Communication between Matrix Keyboard Based on Single Chip and ARM under Embedded Linux

This paper proposes a design scheme of matrix keyboard consisted of key- presses and knops,also it is applied in the serial communication with ARM under embedded linux.It introduces the implementation process of the scheme from the points of hardware and software,and also presents the scheme circuit and the design technique of keyboard scanning and com- munication program.This scheme are both simple and reliable and is proved by experiment.ARM can respond to the keyboard event accurately under linux.At present,this scheme has been used in the research of digital storage oscilloscope.
