Evaluation of Stahl's Ear, Third Crus of Antihelix

In our unit, 38 patients with Stahl's ear were sen in thirteen years. We found no characteristic distribution, in terms of either sex or affected side. We classfied the condition into four types, and corrected it by excision of a narrow strip of cartilage and mattress surtures or in some cases by turning over the elliptical cartilage.
